• Refunds are only issued for orders that cannot be exchanged due to stock unavailability.
• If we're out of stock and can't exchange your item, you'll get a refund instead.
• Refund process will take of up to 5 - 7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

At VIOLENT, we stand by the quality of our products. Please note the following return condition:

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are only accepted if the defected item is confirmed to be caused by VIOLENT.
• Proof/Evidence of defected item must be provided via videos and photos.
• All returns must be sent back through mail.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed and all stickers as well as packaging must be returned.
• We will proceed with a refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item if applicable.
• Shipping fees, including those for return shipments, are non-refundable.
• Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process after the return item is received.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Orders will be shipped out in 3 - 5 business days.
• No shipping on weekends and public holidays.
